On Project Management

This section provides more background on the general theories and principles of Project Management. It is taken from the training manual used on the Project Management Workshops delivered by Lindsay Sherwin Ltd. It is included for any who have attended the training and wish to refresh themselves, but also for any who are new to the organisation who need to know more about the organisation's approach to project management. It covers:
