Using EXCEL to make a GANTT chart

Generally, I find EXCEL less useful for such charts than WORD is. It really has few advantages over using a Table and Drawing Tools in WORD, however I do know that some prefer it. Below is one layout people have found useful, particularly for the initial thinking.
