Welcome to the Lindsay Sherwin web site.
We are a small training consultancy practice, based in
Oxfordshire, specialising in consultancy and training for the Public
Sector. Our work falls into two broad areas:
- Training Design & Delivery
in four topics, Project
Management, Managing
Change,
Consultancy Skills, and
Service Delivery. The
links and side menu provide more information on each on these.
In recent years we have focussed on project management training
for policy and organisational projects for the Public Sector
and Civil Service, becoming one of the major providers of this
form of training.
- e-learning guides.
As part of our training work for our clients, we have developed
e-learning and support materials for them to
incorporate on their Intranets, as a follow-up and appendix to the
training we delivered for them.
We have included full, working examples of these on the web
site at e-learning guides. We think that you will find them quite substantial, comprehensive and
useful.
